Only a week ago Anna Chapman splashed across the news and piqued the interest of men (and women) in Europe and the States. Why is that? Was her life so extraordinary? Not at all. Those not experienced in the ways of the modern Russian woman found some fantasy in the cheap and trashy new articles that reveled in destroying whatever privacy and personal life Anna once had. But will it last? Perhaps, as Russians are really fond of forming personality cults. Let’s examine this from the point of the frustrated and mistreated Western male.
To start, nothing brings fear into a married American or European wife as the presence of a Russian woman in the environment. Perhaps the scared wife can’t even tell you why (except that the Russian woman is live competition, or that they have heard the horror stories of long-term marriages being broken up by a husband leaving the family for a younger Russian woman). Let’s see why that is so.
In modern day Russia, the young women are a mixed product of the end of the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation. As strict as times were in the Soviet Union, as free as they are today. Moscow and other Russian cities may suffer from corruption and other deficiencies, but personal freedom at a certain level far surpasses what is known in the West. Young women are very materialistic, and know ways to get what they want. Usually the fastest way is from personal (sexual) relationships.
Sex in Russia is matter-of-fact. When this attitude is displayed in the West (known for shocking sex scandals) it is taken, as Anna Chapman was taken, for sensationalism. The Western woman is a great deal of «me me me», and the Western man soon tires of this senseless attitude. The Russian woman may also think about herself, but knows the way to get there is «you you you». The Russian man, and in many cases now, the Western man, in the hands of a Russian woman becomes quickly spoiled.
His whims, fantasies, desires, are not only fulfilled but anticipated. The Russian woman quickly fills the man’s heart, and so, becomes precious to the man, Russian or Western. Gifts, money, security, and more quickly follow. If the man cannot provide, another will. Anna Chapman overtly demonstrated this.
In sex there are usually no boundaries, no taboos. The Western woman often lays down ground rules for sex, while her Russian sister has one ground rule…please the man.
So now Anna Chapman is returned home to Moscow. She will be no doubt famous there for a while, appear in magazines and on TV. Western journalists are already jockeying to interview her, get new nude exclusive photos, and a lot more. She might even be elected to the Russian Duma (Parliament). All part of usual story in Russia.
Back in the States, and Europe, men will continue to search out Russian women to fulfill their own fantasies,and be close to someone who fulfills some basic needs. Watch out, Western woman, The Russians are coming!
